Bruce has been a HCI senior faculty member since 2010. In addition to teaching HCI’s certification courses, Bruce was the primary course developer for several of HCI’s courses. Mostly recently, Bruce was Director, Instructional Design at ERE Media. At ERE, Bruce worked with ERE leadership and many talent acquisition leaders across the country, to develop and deliver ERE’s first online course for talent advisors.
Earlier in his career, Bruce spent over 15 years in HR consulting, first as a senior consultant with Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson) and then as a senior advisor with TPI (now ISG). Bruce holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College, Carlisle, PA as well as a Master of Education (Ed.M.) and Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), both from Boston University.
